We have the finest rigging loft in New England, bar none!

Our experienced professional staff has over 25 years in the business.

Our rigging staff inspects the deck and all hardware before the boat is unstepped. After the mast is unstepped, the mast and rig are closely inspected in the loft. Any rigging or hardware issues that are found are reported to insure your safety.

We unstep and store over 100 masts in our 9000 sq. ft. rigging loft. Our loft is equipped with wire swaging and rod heading machines. We have ample space in the loft to perform routine annual maintenance, make repairs and install upgrades.

Nick Iliades - Rigging Manager

Nick has been at Manchester Marine since 2002. Nick has a 50 ton Captains license (with commercial towing endorsement), a hoisting engineer license, and is a P.A.D.I. certified open water diver. He recently attended Navtec Hydraulic School. Nick is an avid sailor and fisherman.
