TRANSIENT SLIPS AND MOORINGS

 

We have dock space and several moorings available for transient use in Manchester-by-the-Sea's protected harbor (located between Marblehead, Salem and Gloucester). Reservations are highly recommended, especially during the peak boating season.

Restrooms and showers are located at the front dock. We have 50 and 30 Amp power available on the dock. Maximum draft at the dock is 7 feet. If you require more depth, you will want to book a mooring. Bring a tender as we do not have a launch service. The largest boat allowed on a mooring in the harbor is 45'. We do have a mooring outside the mouth of the harbor that can accommodate larger vessels.

Manchester has a lovely small downtown that is only a few minutes walk from the boatyard. There you can find provisions, a pharmacy and several restaurants and shops. There is also a train station within walking distanace from the boatyard where you can pick up the commuter rail that runs between Boston and Gloucester/Rockport (click the link below for schedules and station info. Rates 2010:
Moorings - $25 a night - $125 per week	Dock Space - $2 per foot (if space is available)
